“MUSIC” BROUGHT US TOGETHER AT A PHISH SHOW
To be clear, Annie and Andy’s jam band of choice is NOT Phish, but as luck would have it, somehow two people living in LA like jam bands. As does their mutual friend, the notorious Jack Halloran, who introduced the two amongst the sea of hippies. And so it began. “It” being a friendship born out of love for, again, jam bands.

The loving friendship that started the night of Oct, 24th 2014 eventually became much more than that after 2 LONG years (not for lack of trying.)

Well, first he went to ask Ellis for his blessing. Or at least tried to. Andy got Ellis alone and before he could ask the question, Ellis beat him to it, asking him “So when’s the date?” Clearly, Ellis had no qualms about passing his only daughter off to such an upstanding gentleman as Andy. As hard as it was to get Ellis alone, it was just as hard to find the opportunity to pop the question to Annie surrounded by all her family on Thanksgiving.
So first chance, just as it began to rain, Andy heroically pulled his best friend and future wife outside. As her hair became flat, she started to realize that this was it, the moment she had been waiting for since that first concert. Andy asked and she overwhelmingly agreed that this was the beginning of the rest of their lives.
AND ELLIS WAS HAPPY
